I designed this home to feel like it’s ten times its size (and it does…trust me, I lived in it). I’ve taken some pretty cool ideas and worked them in to an area that makes sense.

How about the multi-level master bedroom with private terrace? Sounds good doesn’t it?

Imagine the morning coffee or the late night beverage up there. There’s a patio in the back too, completely sheltered from the road to offer you complete privacy. And the best part is that kitchen, dining, and living areas are all on grade and connected to the patio, so you can just walk out to the BBQ, or keep an eye on the kids while they’re swimming.

The ‘U’ shaped configuration of the main floor provides the family with a separate entrance from guests. So go ahead and trash the private mud room. When company comes over, close the door and they’ll have no idea. And don’t even get me started on how much storage there is…
