You will need to contact a local design professional to make sure it complies with building codes in your region. Otherwise, yes - my designs would work well in climates ranging from harsh winters to insanely hot summers.

You will receive a PDF of your construction drawings, which will contain everything you'll need to start finding contractors and getting estimates - floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D renderings. The drawings are licensed for one time use only.

In all honesty, it's because I have no way of knowing whether you have made a copy of the files (I have trust issues. It's not you...it's me). I will be happy to answer any questions you might have before you make your purchase. If there is a problem with your download, please contact me and I will email you the files related to your purchase.

I have always believed that the design of a home is the last place you should try to save money. Like the old adage says, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. A good design can actually save you money over the course of your build (e.g. more efficient use of building materials, etc.). As of right now, I do not offer discounts. But maybe nobody has asked nicely enough yet? [Send cookies - nothing with raisins. Then we’ll talk].

First and respectfully, we do not produce basic cookie cutter designs. Our designs are a little different, modern, unique. These designs are something you will not regularly find unless you commission an architect to produce custom home plans. We produce house plans for clients that expects their home to reflect who they are and the lifestyle they live. We don’t have thousands of designs – this is done for a reason! Each plan is expertly designed to make you the envy of your neighborhood!
